In the heart of Downtown Long Beach, a new cultural sanctuary is taking root—Blu’ Art and Wellness Gallery, a creative vision inspired by the late Rhonda Love. More than just a gallery, Blu’ aspires to be an oasis of art, culture, and community engagement, a place where creative expression meets wellness and connection.
At Blu’, visitors are invited into a space that nurtures the soul while celebrating the diverse voices of Southern California’s artists. The gallery showcases rotating exhibits from a strong cohort of painters, sculptors, photographers, and multimedia innovators whose work reflects the region’s depth, diversity, and evolving artistic spirit. Each exhibit is curated to encourage reflection, dialogue, and cultural exchange.
But Blu’ is more than what hangs on the walls. The space pulses with life through an intimate lineup of music performances, spoken word, and film screenings, offering audiences experiences that blend art with storytelling and sound. From jazz and Afro-Latin rhythms to soul-infused acoustic sets and thought-provoking poetry, every performance is designed to inspire and connect.

Blu’ Arts and Wellness Gallery will open Tuesday thru Saturdays, from 11am – 5pm.While generally the Gallery is free and accessible to the public, some special events may require a donation.
